New text-only files

After discovering how messed up Chthulucene Collectors text-only version was, I was worried that some other games' text-only versions were messed up too. I didn't have the time or energy to check them at the time, but now that it's my birthday and I'm adding community copies to celebrate, I'm also taking time to fix this issue.

There are now two text-only files. One is a PDF that replicates how I designed the text-only version to look and the other is a TXT file that is as basic as basic can get and should be readable by any screen reader.
