When I made this game I was still really green to graphic design and all that. I wouldn't say I've really leveled up since then so much as I learned a few things that can have a noticeable impact on how things look. One of the most glaring things about the cover of this game was the fact that there was black border around the cover. It was unnecessary but judging by the raw files I found for the art, I'm guessing I didn't know how to group layers and resize things that way. I remember Thirst's cover being especially exciting because it was the first one I had done where I was layering multiple images to get a specific effect and feeling stressed because it was all such a delicate balance to make it look right.

The text of the game remains the same, but unless I goofed up the upload you should now be able to download a new copy of the game where the cover fills the whole page and still looks pretty fucking cool three years later.
