New text-only files

I just recently learned the formatting was all messed on the Rich Text File format version that was supposed to be the text-only version. That sucks. I sincerely apologize. I'm not sure what happened there since I remember checking the file before uploading it and it did not look like that, but that is neither here nor there.

I have uploaded two new text-only versions. One is a PDF with two columns and looks the way I had designed the text-only version to look. I know that without special setup PDFs can be difficult for some accessibility tools to access so I also made text file version which, oddly enough, looks 110% better than the RTF version. 

Hopefully y'all can forgive me for this oversight. I'm actually pretty embarrassed but there isn't anything I can do to change the past. I have to just keep moving forward.
